This project was developed in a partnership between us and the production agency Guetite Dane.
Colgate-Palmolive is a multinational consumer products company focused on the production and distribution of household, health care and personal products, such as soaps, detergents, and oral hygiene products (including toothpaste and toothbrushes).
Every year, Colgate-Palmolive organizes an Iberian business convention for its employees with team building purposes. In 2011, this event was held in Évora and we were responsible for the concept, visual identity and some of the activities.
For this particular event we had to think of a concept that would improve the relationship between Portuguese and Spanish co-workers. Therefore we took inspiration from the football universe and created an Iberian team with the motto "United for Growth".
For the event itself we created some creative pieces like: a stickers booklet with pictures of the employees, special t-shirts and a huge banner that was personalised by the attendees. All the participants enjoined the experience and we felt it was mission accomplished.
